化成工艺对高镍三元锂离子电池的性能影响
Effect of Formation Process on the Performance of High Nickel Three Element Lithium Ion Battery
【摘要】 高电压锂离子电池的生产,其化成方法非常关键,直接影响电池的容量发挥及循环寿命。以高镍三元材料进行18650型锂离子电池制作,通过预充电高温老化,采用限容化成的方法,有利于负极表面形成更为致密、稳定的SEI膜,可以有效减少高压下电解液的分解及锂的过多损耗,提高电池容量的一致性和电性能。
【Abstract】 The production of high-voltage lithium-ion battery,its formation method is very important,directly affects the capacity of the battery and cycle life.The 18650-type lithium-ion battery is made of high nickel ternary materials.Through pre-charge,high temperature aging and capacity limiting,a more compact and stable SEI film can be formed on the anode surface,which can effectively reduce the decomposition of electrolyte and excessive loss of lithium under high voltage,improving the consistency of battery capacity and electrical performance.
