不同催化体系引发高活性聚异丁烯阳离子聚合反应研究进展
Advance in Research on Cationic Polymerization of Highly Active Polyisobutylene by Different Catalytic Systems
【摘要】 本文简要介绍了关于异丁烯阳离子聚合的机理。重点讨论了异丁烯阳离子聚合常用的路易斯(Lewis)引发剂,如硼系、铝系与钛系复合引发体系的最新研究现状。以及新型引发体系与合成新技术,为聚合实验工艺提供了新的探索领域。最后对高活性聚异丁烯生产现状以及未来的发展前景进行了论述。
【Abstract】 This article briefly introduces the mechanism of cationic polymerization of isobutene. The recent research status of Lewis initiators commonly used in cationic polymerization of isobutylene is discussed,such as boron-based,aluminum-based and titanium-based composite initiation systems. Then the new initiation system and new synthesis technology are described,which provides a new exploration field for the polymerization experimental process. Finally,the production status and future development prospects of highly active polyisobutylene are discussed.
