【摘要】 目的了解北京市通州区健康人群白喉、破伤风抗体水平,为今后开展有效预防提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,在通州区采集895份健康人群血清样本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清抗破伤风类毒素Ig G抗体、抗白喉类毒素Ig G抗体浓度。结果 2017年通州区健康人群白喉抗体阳性率为55. 42%,GMC为0. 160 6 IU/m L;破伤风抗体阳性率为63. 58%,GMC为0. 266 6 IU/m L。白喉和破伤风抗体阳性率随年龄的增长降低。结论通州区健康人群白喉和破伤风抗体水平较高,预计通州区近年不会发生白喉或破伤风疫情,今后应对抗体降低人群进行白喉和破伤风的加强免疫。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the antibody levels of diphtheria and tetanus among healthy people in Tongzhou district,and to make further improvement on vaccination strategies for diphtheria and tetanus. Methods A total of 895 serum samples were collected from healthy residents and detected for Ig G antibodies against diphtheria and tetanus. Stratified random sampling method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were used in the study. Results The positive rate of diphtheria antibody was 55. 42% and the geometric mean concentration( GMC) was 0. 160 6 IU/m L. The rate of tetanus was 63. 58% and the GMC was 0. 266 6 IU/m L. The antibody rates of diphtheria and tetanus were decreased with the growing of their age.Conclusions The antibody levels of diphtheria and tetanusin were high,and outbreaks of diphtheria or neonatal tetanus might not occur recently in Tongzhou district.Booster vaccination should focus on population with lower levels of antibodies.更多还原
