一起110 kV油浸式变压器高压套管异常发热缺陷诊断

【摘要】 变压器套管发热直接影响变压器的安全运行,因此,准确检测及判断变压器套管发热故障非常重要。介绍了变压器套管发热类型,并以某110 kV变电站高压套管的发热故障为例,说明该故障的红外检测过程,分析发热原因,提出处理方法。通过对变压器高压套管红外热像和油色谱数据进行分析,提出了变压器高压套管整体发热缺陷原因判断方法,对此类问题的分析与处理提出了具体的建议,提高了变压器高压套管缺陷检测和处置效率。

【Abstract】 The heating of transformer bushing has a negative effect on the safe operation of transformer. Therefore, it is very important to detect and judge the heating fault of transformer bushing accurately. The causes of the transformer bushing heating are introduced. Based on a heating fault of high voltage bushing happened in a 110 kV substation, the infrared detection process is introduced. The cause of the heating is analyzed accordingly. Corresponding treatment is proposed. By summarizing the experience obtained from the analysis of infrared thermal image and oil chromatographic data of transformer high-voltage bushing, the method for judging heating defect of entire transformer high-voltage bushing is proposed. Specific suggestions are made for the analysis and treatment of such problems, so as to improve the detection and treatment efficiency of transformer high-voltage bushing defects.
