发电厂用异步电机双闭环矢量控制系统研究
Research on Double Closed-loop Vector Control System of Asynchronous Motor in Power Plant
【摘要】 研究一种发电厂用转速、磁链双闭环控制的异步电机矢量控制系统,阐述其工作原理,并对滞环电流控制PWM逆变器的工作原理进行深入分析。建立带转矩内环的转速、磁链双闭环异步电机矢量控制系统的仿真模型,分析建模过程,给出了系统的仿真参数。依据仿真波形,详细分析系统空载、带载运行过程中的主要动态过程,仿真结果表明:所设计系统能够有效抑制负载的扰动,且能够实现恒流升速过程,稳态时能保证电机稳速运行。
【Abstract】 A vector control system for asynchronous motor with closed-loop speed and flux linkage control is introduced and analyzed in this paper.The working principle the inverter under hysteresis current control is analyzed simultaneously.The simulation model of the vector control system based on speed and flux linkage double closed-loop with torque inner loop is established.The modeling process is analyzed and the simulation parameters of the system are given.According to the simulation waveforms,the main dynamic processes in the no-load and on-load operation of the system are analyzed in detail.The simulation results show that the designed system can effectively suppress the disturbance from the load,and can realize the constantcurrent speed rising process and ensure the steady operation of the motor in steady state.
