混凝土电杆钢板圈腐蚀剩余承载力研究

【摘要】 环形混凝土电杆在电网中存量巨大,受环境、气候影响,在经过长时间的运行后,均会有不同程度的损耗,尤其是分段连接处的钢板圈,常会出现较为严重的腐蚀情况。采用数值模拟手段对钢板圈在不同计算工况下的腐蚀剩余承载力开展计算分析,评定钢板圈在不同腐蚀程度下的安全等级,得到了混凝土电杆达到预警状态、报警状态时的钢板圈腐蚀剩余厚度分别为6.5 mm与5 mm,并提出了相应的处置方法,对掌握输电线路老旧混凝土电杆的力学性能有一定的指导作用。

【Abstract】 Hollow concrete poles are widely used for bearing overhead-lines for decades,expanding their existence together with the expansion of the power grid.These concrete poles will age in the nature environment.The corrosion on the steel rings between sections is especially common among signs of aging.In this paper,finite element strength analysis is used to calculate the corrosion residual carrying capacity of a steel ring in different conditions,evaluating the safety grade of steel ring under different corrosion degree and making certain corresponding control measures for the steel ring.According to the analysis,the residual thickness of steel ring corrosion is 6.5 mm and 5 mm when the concrete pole reaches the early warning state and the alarming state.This conclusion has a certain guiding role in mastering the mechanical properties of the old concrete pole of the transmission line.
