菌糠生物有机肥对马铃薯产量和品质的影响

【摘要】 为提高马铃薯产量及品质,推广菌糠生物有机肥的绿色施肥技术,以青薯9号为供试品种进行试验研究。结果表明:处理1(667 m~2施菌糠生物有机肥120 kg+常规施肥)和处理2(667 m~2施菌糠生物有机肥基质120 kg+常规施肥)产量极显著高于处理3(常规施肥),分别增产7.04%和7.93%;处理1淀粉含量和VC含量最高,还原糖含量最低,分别为20.6%、166 μg/g,0.52 mg/g;说明增施菌糠生物有机肥可促进马铃薯生长,增加结薯数、单株块茎质量,还可增加淀粉含量和VC含量,降低还原糖含量。建议在试验区推荐施肥方案为:667 m~2施菌糠生物有机肥120 kg+常规施肥。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the yield and quality of potato and promote the green fertilization technology of biological organic fertilizer of mushroom substrate,"Qingshu 9" was used as the test cultivar to conduct experiment study.The results showed that the yields of treatment 1 (biological organic fertilizer of spent mushroom substrate 120 kg per 667 m~2 + conventional fertilization) and treatment 2 (biological organic fertilizer substrate of spent mushroom substrate 120 kg per 667 m~2 + conventional fertilization) were significantly higher than treatment 3 (conventional fertilization),which increased by 7.04% and 7.93%,respectively.The treatment 1 had the highest starch content and VC content,and the lowest reducing sugar content,which were 20.6%,166 μg/g and 0.52 mg/g,respectively.Increasing application of biological organic fertilizer of spent mushroom substrate biological organic fertilizer could promote potato growth,increase the number of tubers and the weight of each tuber,increase the content of starch and VC,and reduce the content of reducing sugar.It was suggested that the recommended fertilization program in the test area was biological organic fertilizer of spent mushroom substrate 120 kg per 667 m~2 + conventional fertilization.
