安徽省克氏原螯虾白斑综合征病毒检测及疾病分析
Disease analysis and detection of white spot syndrome virus of Procambarus Clarkii in Anhui
【摘要】 2018年4—5月在安徽省4个市采集稻田养殖的克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)样本480份,采集池塘、水库的野生克氏原螯虾样本180份,进行白斑综合征病毒(white spot syndrome virus, WSSV)套式PCR检测,并对稻田的水环境、虾的养殖密度、产量及疾病发生情况进行跟踪调查。结果显示,野生虾、养殖虾的WSSV携带率分别为8.89%、98.13%。虾中WSSV首轮PCR检测阳性率≥50%的稻田有10个,其中5个稻田中高密度养殖虾的病死率达20%及以上,5个稻田中适宜密度养殖虾的病死率为10%及以下。pH值偏高、溶解氧过饱和的5号稻田和溶解氧过饱和的6号稻田中高密度养殖虾的病死率也分别高至50%、60%。
【Abstract】 Nest PCR had been used for investigating white spot syndrome virus(WSSV) from 480 P. Clarkii farmed in paddy fields and 180 wild P. Clarkii in ponds and reservoirs from 4 cities of Anhui province between April and May, 2018. The water environment of the paddy fields, and the density, yield and disease of shrimps were investigated. The results showed that 8.89 percent of wild shrimp and 98.13 percent of cultured shrimp were infected with WSSV. The positive rates of WSSV in shrimp were above 50 percent in 10 paddy fields for first round PCR detection. The mortality rates of the high-density shrimp reached 20 percent or above in 5 paddy fields. The mortality rates of the suitable density shrimp were 10 percent or less in another 5 paddy fields. High pH and supersaturated dissolved oxygen were detected in the water.of No.5 paddy fields, and supersaturated dissolved oxygen was detected in No.6 paddy fields. The mortality rates of the high-density shrimp in No.5 and No.6 paddy fields were as high as 50%, 60%, respectively.
