【摘要】 目的探讨多普勒彩超联合血清糖类抗原125(CA125)、恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)在卵巢癌诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2020年2月在我院和绵阳市中心医院肿瘤科治疗的卵巢癌患者103例,同时选取良性卵巢肿瘤患者60例,健康志愿者60例,检测血清CA125和TSGF,卵巢良恶性病变患者给予彩超检查。结果卵巢癌患者血清CA125和TSGF分别为(101.20±31.10) U/ml和(52.20±21.29) U/L,高于良性卵巢肿瘤和健康者(P<0.017);血清CA125、TSGF诊断卵巢癌的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.846和0.907,P<0.05,截断值分别为99.02 U/ml和40.23 U/L,灵敏性为60.00%和78.00%,特异性分别为98.20%和90.00%;彩超诊断卵巢恶性病变的灵敏性、特异性、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为61.17%、70.00%、77.78%和51.22%;彩超联合血清CA125和TSGF诊断卵巢恶性病变的灵敏性、特异性、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为84.47%、55.00%、76.32%和67.35%。结论多普勒彩超联合血清CA125和TSGF诊断卵巢癌有较好的应用价值,值得临床使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore application value of Doppler ultrasound combined with serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125) and malignant tumor specific growth factor(TSGF) to diagnose ovarian cancer.Methods From January 2018 to February2020,103 ovarian cancer patients treated in oncology department of our hospital and Mianyang central hospital were selected.At the same time,60 patients with benign ovarian tumors and 60 healthy volunteers were selected to detect serum CA125 and TSGF.Patients with benign and malignant ovarian lesions were given Doppler ultrasound examination.Results Serum CA125 and TSGF of ovarian cancer patients were(101.20±31.10) U/ml and(52.20±21.29) U/L,respectively,which were higher than those of benign ovarian tumors and healthy individuals(P<0.017).For CA125 and TSGF,areas under the ROC curve were 0.846 and 0.907(P < 0.05),cut-off values were 99.02 U/ml and 40.23 U/L,sensitivity were 60.00% and 78.00%,and specificity were98.20% and 90.00%,respectively.Under Doppler ultrasound to diagnose ovaries,sensitivity,specificity,positive and negative predictive value of malignant lesions were 61.17%,70.00%,77.78% and 51.22%,respectively.Under Doppler ultrasound combined with CA125 and TSGF,sensitivity,specificity,positive and negative predictive values were 84.47%,55.00%,76.32%and 67.35%,respectively.Conclusion Doppler ultrasound combined with serum CA125 and TSGF has a good application value to diagnose that is worthy of clinical use.更多还原
