【摘要】 赛艇运动项目具有单一的技术动作特征,其运动员的身体形态和机能水平与其他运动项目的运动员比较相似,因而可以进行跨项选材。本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和专家访谈法对跨项选材的概念进行定义,梳理了赛艇运动项目跨项选材中所面临的关键问题。研究认为:赛艇运动项目跨项选材应以省队一线运动员为起点、且尽量在国家队的阶段水平上来进行,同项群与异项群的运动项目都要进行广泛的人材挖掘,并制定科学合理的赛艇运动项目跨项选材效果评价目标;同时应健全赛艇跨项选材运动员的训练体系,完善赛艇跨项选材运动员的保障机制,优化运动队伍资源配置与管理机制,借鉴国外赛艇运动员跨项选材的成功经验,从而对赛艇跨项目运动员进行全方位的培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rowing program has a single technical movement feature, and its athlete’s body shape and function level are similar to those of other sports, so it can be used for cross-item selection. This paper uses the literature data method, logic analysis method and expert interview method to define the concept of cross-item selection, and sorts out the key problems faced in the selection of cross-items in rowing sports. According to the research, the selection of the rowing sports should be based on the first-line athletes of the provincial team and try to be carried out at the level of the national team. The sports of the same group and the special group should be extensively excavated and formulated. The scientific and rational rowing sports project cross-item selection effect evaluation target; at the same time, the training system of rowing cross-selection athletes should be improved, the guarantee mechanism of rowing cross-selection athletes should be improved, the sports team resource allocation and management mechanism should be optimized, and the foreign competition should be used for reference. The successful experience of the athletes in the cross-item selection, thus the all-round training of the rowing cross-project athletes.更多还原
