武术训练对小学生心理健康的影响:自我认识和生活满意度中介作用
Effect of Wushu Training on Psychological Health of Primary School Students: Mediating Role of Self-Recognition and Life Satisfaction
【摘要】 目的:探讨武术训练对小学生心理健康的影响,为提高我国小学生心理健康水平提供理论参考。方法:采用《儿童青少年自我认识量表》、《生活满意度量表》和《儿童青少年心理健康量表》对1-6年级的小学生进行调查和分析。结果:通过单因素方差分析结果发现,实验组与对照组在心理健康[F(1,486)=28.014,p=0.000]总分的主效应上非常显著;多重中介效应的结构方程模型拟合良好,X2/DF=2.501,RMSEA=0.056,NFI=0.960,CFI=0.975,PCFI=0.626;武术训练对心理健康有直接影响作用,标准化系数0.092(P<0.05);武术训练通过中介变量自我认识(95%CI 0.021-0.244)和生活满意度(95%CI 0.071-0.460)间接影响心理健康(P<0.05),中介效应占总效应的57.01%。结论:武术训练不仅可以直接促进心理健康水平提高,并且通过自我认识和生活满意度对心理健康产生积极影响。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the influence of Wushu training on pupils’ mental health, and to provide theoretical reference for improving pupils’ mental health level in China. Methods: The self-knowledge scale of children and adolescents, life satisfaction scale and mental health scale of children and adolescents were used to investigate and analyze primary school students in grade 1-6. Result: The results of one-way ANOVA showed that the main effect of the total score of mental health [F(1,486)=28.014, p=0.000] was very significant in the experimental group and the control group; the structural equation model of multiple mediation effects was well fitted, X2/DF=2.501, RMSEA=0.056, NFI=0.960, CFI=0.975, PCFI=0.626; the mental health of martial arts training was well fitted. Kang had a direct effect, the standardization coefficient was 0.092(P < 0.05). Wushu training indirectly affects mental health through mediating variable self-awareness(95% CI 0.021-0.244) and life satisfaction(95% CI 0.071-0.460)(P < 0.05), with mediating effect accounting for 57.01% of the total effect. Conclusion: Wushu training can not only directly promote the improvement of mental health, but also have a positive impact on mental health through self-awareness and life satisfaction.
