【摘要】 生态环境损害赔偿制度的设立是为了恢复生态功能价值,生态修复的专业性与复杂性促进了第三方生态修复机构的发展,但是现有立法对第三方生态修复机构规定的缺失使得实践中对其责任的认定与管理上都出现一系列问题,需要通过明确责任划分,完善环境信用评价制度,平台公开信息等手段加以规制,以发挥第三方生态修复机构的最大价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 The establishment of the ecological environment damage compensation system is to restore the ecological function value of environmental resources. The professionalism and complexity of ecological restoration promote the development of third-party ecological restoration institutions. However,the lack of provisions of the existing legislation on third-party ecological restoration institutions leads to a series of problems in the identification and management of their responsibilities in practice.
