【Abstract】 The development of sharing economy challenges the traditional government-centered regulatory system, and the co-governance regulatory system formed by government, platform companies, operators and consumers is the direction of future development. The regulatory tools for adapting to the sharing economy need to be recombined. The traditional market access mechanism of multiple administrative licensing should be changed into a simplified access mechanism combining prior permission and platform audit. The government and the platform should work together to formulate industry standards, under which the platform is responsible for the audit and supervision, and the government undertakes the dual supervision function of the platform and operators. It is necessary to give full play to the role of information in the sharing economy, and combine the information regulatory tools and credit system construction. Meanwhile, the liability insurance system in line with the endogenous logic of sharing economy should be fully introduced.更多还原
