里底水电站泄洪消能建筑物设计

【摘要】 里底水电工程为河床式水电站,洪水流量大、泄洪建筑物单宽流量大、泄洪功率大,但消能率较低。泄洪建筑物下游河床为覆盖层,抗冲刷能力较弱。为避免下游冲涮带来的不利后果,通过枢纽布置、消能方式及消能工选择和优化等一系列研究,进而提高溢洪道、底孔消能建筑物消能率;同时,加强下游防护等方式解决。

【Abstract】 The Lidi Hydropower Project is a riverbed hydropower station with large flood flow, large unit-width discharge, large flood discharge power and low energy dissipation ratio. The river bed downstream of the flood discharge structure is overburden, which is of poor erosion resistibility. In order to avoid the adverse impact of downstream scouring, a series of researches including key structures layout, energy dissipation mode and energy dissipation selection and optimization are carried out to increase the energy dissipation ratio of spillway and bottom outlet; meanwhile, downstream protection measures shall also be strengthened.
