一种多功能空间生物培养实验装置研制
Development of a Multi Function Space Biological Culture Experiment Device
【摘要】 利用空间环境进行空间生命科学的实验研究已成为人类航天活动的重要组成,研究适合在空间微重力环境进行生物培养实验的科学装置显得尤为重要。为此,研制了一种能在空间环境下同时具有自动加注培养液且能自动控温的实验培养装置,采用气液隔离及热电制冷技术,并通过仿真软件实施控制环境温度、加注速度等参数,经在地面条件下实验验证,该装置完全能够实现培养液自动加注与自动控温等功能。
【Abstract】 The experimental research of the space life science using space environment has become an important component of the human space activities.It is particularly important that the research in microgravity environment of space biological culture experiments on the scientific apparatus.Therefore,a kind of experiment culture device is developed which can automatically fill up the culture solution and can automatically control the temperature in the space environment.The technique of gas-liquid separation and thermoelectric refrigeration is used.And the upper computer software is implemented to control the environment temperature,filling velocity and other parameters.Under the experimental verification of ground conditions,the device fully is able to realize culture nutrient solution automatic filling and automatic temperature control and other functions.
