【摘要】 目的探讨孕晚期血清游离雌三醇(FE3)水平对足月小样儿的预测价值。方法回顾性分析从2015年1月至2019年12月在杭州市第一人民医院住院分娩足月小样儿的正常孕妇共20例及足月分娩正常体重儿的孕妇30例,采用化学发光法测定各组母体孕晚期血清游离雌三醇水平,分别测量和计算分娩后两组新生儿体重、胎盘重量和体积。结果本研究足月小样儿组新生儿体重平均为(2 267.50±234.16)g,对照组新生儿体重平均为(3 310.50±299.97)g,足月小样儿组明显低于对照组,差别有统计学意义(t=-12.26,P<0.05);足月小样儿组胎盘体积、胎盘重量均明显低于对照组,差别均有统计学意义(t值分别为-3.81、-6.63,均P<0.05);足月小样儿组孕妇血清游离雌三醇水平平均为(5.26±2.44)μg/L,对照组平均水平为(10.97±1.56)μg/L,足月小样儿组孕妇血清游离雌三醇水平明显低于对照组,差别有统计学意义(t=-8.99,P<0.05)。结论孕晚期血清游离雌三醇低水平提示分娩足月小样儿可能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the predictive value of serum free estriol(FE3) level in the third trimester of pregnancy for full-term small for gestational age infants.Methods A retrospective analysis of 20 normal pregnant women who gave birth to full-term small for gestational age infants and 30 pregnant women who gave birth to full-term normal-weight infants in Hangzhou First People’s Hospital from January 2015 to December 2019 were conducted.FE3 levels were measured by chemiluminescence method in the third trimester of pregnancy.The weight,placental weight and volume of the two groups of infants were measured and calculated after delivery.Results The average weight of full-term small for gestational age infants was(2 267.50±234.16) g,and that of the control group was(3 310.50±299.97) g.The weight of infants in full-term small for gestational age group was significantly lower than that in control group(t=-12.26,P<0.05).The placental volume and placental weight in full-term small for gestational age group were significantly lower than those in control group(t=-3.81 and-6.63,respectively,both P<0.05).The average FE3 level in full-term small for gestational age group was(5.26±2.44) μg/L,and that of the control group was(10.97±1.56)μg/L.The level of FE3 in full-term small for gestational age group was significantly lower than that in control group(t=-8.99,P<0.05).Conclusion The low level of FE3 in the third trimester of pregnancy suggests the possibility of delivery of full-term small for gestational age infants.更多还原
