【摘要】 本文对中药药性的研究进行了系统的归纳与总结,阐述了中药药性的研究方法及其与中药药效的相互关系。并对人参属几种常用中药的药性评价研究进行了综述。通过在中国知网、PubMed和Web of Knowledge数据库中,利用关键词对各类相关文献进行检索、分析以及总结。并且在中医药理论和相关科学实验的基础上,对比阐释中药药性理论机制研究思路与方法,探讨中药药性的现代科学内涵。本文首先将学者们提出的药性研究假说进行归纳总结,在此基础上,从文献数据库和实验研究两个层面综述药性研究的方法及在人参属药性评价中的应用。系统地阐述了相关研究方法的优势和特色及药性研究的未来展望,以期为中药药性研究提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This review systematically summarized the research methods of traditional Chinese medicine properties,and presented the relationship between the research methods and the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.And the evaluation of medicinal properties of Panax was reviewed.The keywords were used to search,analyze and summarize all kinds of related documents in the database of CNKI、PubMed and Web of knowledge.On the basis of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and related scientific experiments,the research ideas and methods of the theoretical mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine properties were compared and explained.And the modern scientific connotation of traditional Chinese medicine property was discussed.In this study,the research hypothesis of medicinal properties put forward by scholars was summarized firstly.On that basis,the research methods of traditional Chinese medicine properties were reviewed from the aspects of literature database and experimental studies.Furthermore,the applications of methods in properties research were also reviewed.The advantages and characteristics of related research methods and the future prospect of research on traditional Chinese medicine properties were systematically presented,in order to provide reference for the future research on traditional Chinese medicine properties.更多还原
