热灭活乳双歧杆菌BL-99缓解小鼠结肠炎及调节肠道菌群的功能研究
Function Research of Heat-inactivated Bifidobacterium Lactis BL-99 in Ameliorating Colitis and Regulating Intestinal Microbiota in Mice
【摘要】 本研究通过5%的DSS构建小鼠结肠炎模型,旨在探究灌胃灭活后的乳双歧杆菌BL-99对结肠炎小鼠的缓解作用及机制,并进一步研究灭活乳双歧杆菌BL-99调节正常小鼠肠道菌群的功能。结果表明,灭活乳双歧杆菌BL-99可以显著降低模型小鼠的结肠组织学评分,缓解其结肠组织损伤,并可以通过降低炎性细胞因子IL-6和TNF-α的分泌,增加抗炎细胞因子IL-10的分泌缓解结肠炎症。进一步研究表明,灭活乳双歧杆菌BL-99灌胃正常小鼠后可以显著增加肠道内厚壁菌门的丰度,以及增加双歧杆菌属丰度,可以实现调节肠道菌群的分布和丰度。因此,灭活后的乳双歧杆菌BL-99不仅可以缓解小鼠结肠炎还具有潜在调节机体免疫和肠道菌群的功能作用。
【Abstract】 The aim of this study was to investigate the effect and mechanism of heat-inactivated Bifidobacterium lactis BL-99 by administration of 5% DSS on colitis in mice, the function of inactivated BL-99 in regulating the intestinal microflora of normal mice was further studied.The results showed that inactivated Bifidobacterium lactis BL-99 could alleviate the colon inflammation by lowering the colon histological score, relieving the colon tissue injury, decreasing the secretion of inflammatory cytokines IL-6 and TNF-α, and increasing the secretion of anti-inflammatory cytokines IL-10. Further studies showed that BL-99 could significantly increase the abundance of Phylum Firmicutes and Bifidobacterium in the intestinal tract of normal mice, indicating that BL-99 could regulate the distribution and abundance of intestinal flora.Therefore inactivated Bifidobacterium lactis BL-99 could regulate the immune function and the intestinal flora.
