【Abstract】 Lactic acid bacteria is an extremely important probiotic, which can regulate and improve human intestinal flora. The presence of lactic acid bacteria biofilm can help the body to inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria, help the lactic acid bacteria to resist the adverse effects of external environment, and thus make the lactic acid bacteria probiotic function get better played.
