【摘要】 为保证游车主要受力件滑轮轴的使用性能及安全性能,根据API 8C和AMSE的相关标准,对YG-170型的游车滑轮轴进行了有限元分析。利用SolidWorks软件构建滑轮轴的三维实体模型,应用Abques软件对其进行有限元应力应变分析,结合分析结果对滑轮轴在最大钩载条件下的强度、刚度、使用寿命进行校核计算,计算结果完全符合标准要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Finite element anslysis of YG-170 traveling block Sliding shaft to ensure that meets the Use performance and safety performance, according to the relevant standards of API 8 C and AMSE. The 3d solid model of the Sliding shaft was built by SolidWorks, and the finite element stress and strain analysis was carried out with Abques. Combined with the analysis results, the strength, stiffness and service life of the Sliding shaft under the condition of the maximum hook load were checked and calculated, and the calculated results completely meet the requirements of the standards.更多还原
