基于ADAMS的压紧机构运动学仿真研究

【摘要】 作为传统机械结构中常见的典型机构之一,压紧机构广泛运用于不同机械设备中,因此具有一定的研究价值。本文选取研究对象是普通小型压力机,其压紧机构实质是曲柄连杆结构,研究目的是研究该机构的运动规律,为以后研究更加相对复杂的机械结构提供一定的参考价值。首先利用ADAMS建立压力机的虚拟样机,再利用ADAMS完成运动学仿真分析,最后得到了压紧过程的仿真动画和工件所受压力变化的曲线图,曲线图直观反映了压紧机构的运动规律。分析曲线图表明,曲线图上压紧力的变化符合实际情况,为进一步深入研究提供参考。

【Abstract】 As one of the common typical mechanisms in traditional mechanical structure, compaction mechanism is widely used in different mechanical equipment, so it has certain research value. The research object selected in this paper is a common small press. Its pressing mechanism is essentially a crank-connecting rod structure. The purpose of the research is to study the movement law of this mechanism and provide a certain reference value for future research on more complicated mechanical structures. Firstly, ADAMS is used to build a virtual prototype of the press, and then ADAMS is used to complete kinematic simulation analysis. Finally, the simulation animation of the pressing process and the graph of the pressure change on the workpiece are obtained. The graph directly reflects the movement rule of the pressing mechanism. The analysis graph shows that the change of the pressing force on the graph accords with the actual situation and provides a reference for further in-depth research.
