三峡库区第四系特征关联规则分析

【摘要】 针对工程地质领域,尤其是地质灾害防治中,普遍关注的第四系分布及厚度问题,提出了多源数据融合的第四系特征关联规则分析方法。以三峡库区秭归段长江岸坡为研究区,利用Apriori算法分析第四系分布及厚度与3个成生环境因子(岩性、坡度、NDVI)之间的关联规则集,并采用置信度和支持度评价规则的可靠性。研究得出:①Apriori算法有效分析了第四系与各因子之间的关联规则,可为研究区第四系识别及厚度定性估计提供经验判别规则;②总体上,第四系覆盖厚度随NDVI和坡度值的增大而逐渐变薄,碎屑岩中第四系分布面积、厚度大于碳酸盐岩;③遥感是第四系信息获取的有效手段,不仅获取了NDVI,而且遥感解译与地面调查结合可补充勘查资料的不足。

【Abstract】 Aiming at exploring distribution and thickness of Quaternary in engineering geological field, especially in the prevention of geological disasters, a method of Quaternary feature association rule analysis based on multi-source data fusion was proposed. Taking the Yangtze River bank slope in Zigui section of the Three Gorges Reservoir area as the study area, Apriori algorithm was used to analyze the association rule set between the Quaternary distribution and thickness and three main environmental factors(namely lithology, slope, NDVI), the reliability of the rules was evaluated with confidence and support. The result shows:① Apriori algorithm effectively analyzes the association rules between the Quaternary and each factor, which can be used as empirical judgment rules.② In general, with increase of NDVI and the slope values, the thickness of Quaternary decreases gradually. The distribution and thickness of Quaternary in clastic rocks are greater than that in carbonate rocks.③ Remote sensing is an effective means to acquire Quaternary information, such as NDVI. Combining remote sensing interpretation and field survey can supplement the lack of survey data.
