压膜滑动摩擦对压膜辊工作面的仿真与实验研究
Simulation and Experimental Study of Film Sliding Friction on Film Roller Working Face
【摘要】 以压膜辊运动为研究对象,运用实验模型的等效方法研究金属基板压膜过程中压膜辊工作面与金属基板的PET薄膜之间的摩擦特性,分析压膜辊工作面的黏滞与滑动效应以及压力、摩擦应力与渗透力的变化规律。结果表明:压膜辊工作面的等效应力与金属基板的牵引力成正比,与压膜辊包胶层的受力、接触面积和倾斜角度成反比;压膜辊工作面的振动效果在压膜角度为40°最佳;在一定时间段内,压膜辊工作面与金属基板的PET薄膜之间的渗透处于平衡状态,并且金属基板的前滑与后移现象均会造成压膜辊工作面的摩擦加剧;压膜辊工作面与PET薄膜之间形成的负压的影响大于正压的影响,压膜辊工作面的压力与摩擦应力出现间断式变化,而渗透力大小保持不变但分布不均匀。
【Abstract】 Taking the movement of film roller is taken as the research object,the sliding friction between the working face of the film roller and the PET film on the metal substrate during the process of film pressing on metal substrate was studied by using the equivalent method of the experimental model,and the viscosity and sliding effect of the working face of the film roller and the variation of the pressure,friction stress and permeation were analyzed.The results show that the equivalent stress of the working surface of the film roller is directly proportional to the traction force of the metal substrate,and inversely proportional to the stress,contact area and inclination angle of the rubber coating of film roller.The vibration effect of film pressing roll working face is the best when the film pressing angle is 40°.For a certain period of time,the permeation between the film roller working face and the PET film of the metal substrate is in a balanced state,and the forward slip and backward movement of the metal substrate will increase the friction of the film roller working face.The effect of negative pressure formed between the film roller working face and the PET film is greater than that of positive pressure.The pressure and friction stress of the film roller working face change intermittently,while the permeation remains the same but the distribution is not uniform.
