沿[001]_c方向极化PZN-xPT单晶的声表面波性能
Surface Acoustic Waves Properties of PZN-xPT Single Crystals Poled along [001]_c
【摘要】 利用半波解法对三方相、四方相及准同型相界附近,沿[001]c方向极化(1-x)Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-xPbTiO3晶体的声表面波传播特性进行了对比研究。结果表明,位于准同型相界附近的0.92Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.08PbTiO3晶体的声表面波性能明显优于三方相0.955Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.045PbTiO3和四方相0.88Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.12PbTiO3晶体。具有复杂工程畴结构的0.92Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.08PbTiO3晶体声表面波机电耦合系数显著高于四方相晶体。同时0.92Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.08PbTiO3晶体具有相对较小的声表面波相速度和能流角。因此,该晶体适合制作机电性能优越的声表面波器件。
【Abstract】 The surface acoustic wave(SAW)properties in(1-x)Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-xPbTiO3 single crystals poled along [001]c at rhombohedral, tetragonal and morphotropic phase boundary be compared by the Christoffel equation with semi-infinite boundary conditions. The results show that 0.92 Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.08 PbTiO3 single crystal near morphotropic phase boundary has better surface acoustic wave properties than the rhombohedral 0.955 Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.045 PbTiO3 and tetragonal 0.88 Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.12 PbTiO3. It is very apparent that the surface acoustic wave electromechanical coupling coefficient of 0.92 Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.08 PbTiO3 single crystal is dramatically higher compared to tetragonal single crystal. Also, 0.92 Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.08 PbTiO3 single crystal has low phase velocities and small power flow angles. Therefore, this crystal is very suitable in making SAW devices with superior electromechanical performance.
