【摘要】 基于文献计量方法分析近10年来登革热研究的全球发展态势和研究热点,以期为该领域医药科研工作者提供参考。分析发现登革热的相关研究涉及的主要关键词有"登革病毒""流行病学""非结构蛋白1""基孔肯雅热""虫媒病毒""小头畸形""疫苗""细胞因子"等。目前登革热研究主要为基础研究,而临床应用方面的研究偏少。国内外对登革热研究偏重于不同的方向,国外研究偏重方向为蚊媒控制、登革热的抗体治疗、登革热的疫苗研究等,国内偏重于流行病学、蚊媒控制、登革热的诊断以及中医药对登革热的治疗等方面。中医注重未病先防、既病防变的理念,在阻断病情进展方面有一定的优势,可进一步加强该方面的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the bibliometric analysis method,we explored the global development trend and the hotspots of dengue research in recent ten years,so as to supply evidence for the dengue Chinese medicine researchers. The analysis results showed that the primary key words for dengue related research involved "dengue virus","epidemiology","non-structural protein 1","Chikungunya fever","arbovirus","microcephaly","vaccine","cytokines",etc. The present dengue research mainly focused on fundamental research,while clinical application studies are less involved. The emphases for dengue research in the abroad and at home varies,the oversea dengue research focused on the mosquito-borne control, discovery of dengue antibody, vaccine of dengue, and the domestic dengue research focused on epidemiology,the mosquito-borne control,diagnosis of dengue,treatment for dengue with Chinese medicine. In the field of traditional Chinese medicine,the concepts of "prevention before illness" and prevention of aggravation after disease" are beneficial to the blockage of disease development,which is worth of further research.更多还原
