【摘要】 【目的】鉴别滇产黄草乌、马耳山乌头、中甸乌头生药学特征。【方法】采用原植物鉴别、药材性状鉴别、组织和粉末显微鉴别的方法开展研究。【结果】3种滇产乌头的原植物形态差异为藤本或直立草本以及叶柄与叶片长度;药材性状差异为侧根数目和表面颜色;块根组织形态差异为维管束数目及构造特征;块根粉末内含物特征相似。【结论】本研究所用方法可为澄清乌头药材品种混乱、制定药材标准及进一步开发研究提供基础数据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To identify the pharmacognostic characteristics of Aconitum vilmorinianum Komarov,Aconitum delavayi Franchet and Aconitum piepunense Handel-Mazzetti produced in Yunnan province. Methods The macroscopical identification for plants, macroscopical identification for drug materials and microscopical identification for tissue and powder were carried out. Results The differences of plant appearance traits of the three species of Aconitum plants produced in Yunnan province lied in stem twining or erect,and lengths of leaf petiole and blade, the characteristic differences of the three kinds of medicinal materials lied in number and color of lateral roots,the morphological differences lied in number and structures of vascular bundles in root tissue,but the characteristics of root powder were similar. Conclusion The results can provide basis for the clarification of the confusion of medicinal materials,quality standards establishment and development research in Aconitum.更多还原
