【摘要】 【目的】系统评价穴位贴敷疗法治疗慢性前列腺炎(CP)的临床疗效。【方法】计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据(Wanfang Data)、重庆维普数据库(VIP)、PubMed、The Cochrane Library、EMbase等国内外主要医学数据库中有关穴位贴敷疗法治疗慢性前列腺炎的文献,并按照Jadad量表结合Cochrane Review Handbook 5.3进行文献质量评估。采用Excel和RevMan 5.3软件进行统计学分析。【结果】纳入研究的随机对照试验(RCT)有22篇,共涉及1 087例患者。Meta分析结果显示,与对照组比较,穴位贴敷疗法可显著提高慢性前列腺炎患者的有效率(OR=0.30,95%可信区间为[0.22,0.40],P<0.000 01),改善患者慢性前列腺炎治疗后症状指数评分表(NIH-CPSI)评分(OR=-2.28,95%可信区间为[-2.84,-1.72],P<0.000 01)及中医证候积分(OR=2.70,95%可信区间为[0.38,5.02],P=0.02),2组比较差异有统计学意义。在改善生活质量测定量表QOL评分方面(OR=0.41,95%可信区间为[-0.94,1.75],P=0.55),差异无统计学意义。【结论】穴位贴敷疗法治疗慢性前列腺炎在有效性和症状功能改善方面优于对照组。鉴于纳入研究的数量较少,质量较低,上述结论有待更多更高质量研究予以验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupoint application therapy for the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods The literature about acupoint application therapy for the treatment of chronic prostatitis were searched out from main domestic and oversea medical databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,The Cochrane Library,and EMbase,and then were given quality evaluation by Jadad scale and Cochrane Review Handbook 5.3. The statistical analysis was carried out by Excel and RevMan 5.3 software.Results Twenty-two randomized controlled trials(RCTs)were included in the study,involving 1 087 cases of patients. The Meta-analysis results showed that compared with the control group,the acupoint application therapy enhanced the total clinical effective rate for the treatment of chronic prostatitis(OR = 0.30,95% CI [0.22,0.40],P<0.000 01),improved National Institutes of Health Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index(NIH-CPSI)scores(OR =-2.28, 95%CI[-2.84,-1.72],P<0.000 01)and the symptom scores of traditional Chinese medicine(OR = 2.70,95% CI[0.38,5.02],P = 0.02),the difference being statistically significant. There no statistical difference in quality of life(QOL)between the two groups(OR = 0.41, 95% CI[-0.94, 1.75], P = 0.55).Conclusion The curative effect of acupoint application therapy for the treatment of chronic prostatitis was superior to that of the control group. Due to the less sample size and low quality of the included study,the above results need to be verified by more and high-quality studies.更多还原
