【摘要】 【目的】观察火针联合放血治疗肝阳上亢型偏头痛的临床疗效。【方法】将72例肝阳上亢型偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各36例。治疗组给予火针联合放血治疗,对照组给予普通针刺治疗,每3 d 1次,5次为1个疗程。治疗1个疗程后评定2组临床疗效,比较2组患者治疗前后头痛总积分的变化情况,包括头痛发作时的疼痛程度、疼痛持续时间以及头痛发作次数和伴随症状。【结果】(1)治疗后,治疗组总有效率91.67%,对照组总有效率86.11%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的头痛积分均明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组在改善头痛总积分、头痛程度及伴随症状方面均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】火针联合放血治疗肝阳上亢型偏头痛能明显改善患者头痛程度及伴随症状,临床疗效明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of heated needle combined with blood-letting therapy on migraine of ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang type. Methods Seventy-two patients with migraine of ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with heated needle combined with blood-letting therapy,while the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture,one time every 3 days,5 times constituted one course. After one treatment course, the therapeutic effect of the two groups was evaluated, and the total scores of headache symptoms including pain intensity, duration, migraine attack frequency and accompanying symptoms were compared in the two groups. Results(1)After treatment, the total effective rate was 91.67% in the treatment group,and was 86.11% in the control group. The curative effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group, the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment, the headache total scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement in headache total scores,pain intensity and accompanying symptoms of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Heated needle combined with blood-letting therapy has obvious curative efficacy for improving pain intensity and accompanying symptoms of patients with migraine of ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang type.更多还原
