【摘要】 【目的】观察中药外用制剂乐肤佳局部涂擦治疗1期压力性损伤的临床疗效。【方法】将90例1期压力性损伤患者随机分为试验组、对照组和空白组,每组各30例。空白组给予常规护理,对照组在常规护理的基础上给予赛肤润涂擦治疗,试验组在常规护理的基础上给予乐肤佳涂擦治疗,观察3组患者在治疗2 h内的1期压力性损伤面积缩小率、临床疗效和平均愈合时间。【结果】(1)在干预后10 min、20 min、0.5 h,3组患者的1期压力性损伤面积缩小率和临床疗效比较,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.01);而在干预后1 h和2 h比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。组间两两比较,在干预后10 min、20 min及0.5 h,试验组和对照组患者的1期压力性损伤面积缩小率均明显高于空白组(P <0.01),疗效均明显优于空白组(P <0.01);而试验组与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。(2)3组患者1期压力性损伤的痊愈时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。组间两两比较,试验组和对照组患者的1期压力性损伤痊愈时间均较空白组明显缩短(P<0.01),而试验组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】在常规护理基础上配合中药乐肤佳局部涂擦治疗1期压力性损伤的疗效明显优于单纯常规护理,其疗效与赛肤润相当。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of Lefujia, a self-made external preparation of Chinese medicine,in treating stage 1 pressure ulcers. Methods Ninety patients with stage 1 pressure ulcers were randomly divided into trial group,positive control group and blank control group,30 cases in each group. The blank control group was given routine nursing(turning over every two hours,padding the water cushion on the pressed region and giving reasonable nutrition),the positive control group was given external use of Sanyrene for rubbing on the basis of routine nursing,and the trial group was given external use of Chinese medicine Lefujia for rubbing on the basis of routine nursing. The area reduction rate, curative effect and average healing time for stage 1 pressure ulcers in the 3 groups within 2 hours were evaluated. Results(1)Ten minutes,20 minutes and 0.5 hours after intervention,there were significant differences in the area reduction rate and curative effect for stage 1 pressure ulcers between the trial group and the positive control group(P < 0.01), while one hour and 2 hours after intervention there were no significant differences between the trial group and the positive control group(P > 0.05).The inter-group pairwise comparison showed that 10 min, 20 min and 0.5 hours after intervention, the area reduction rate in the trial group and positive control group was higher than that in the blank control group(P <0.01),and their therapeutic efficacy was stronger than that in the blank control group(P < 0.01),while thedifference between the trial group and positive control group was insignificant(P > 0.05).(2)The difference ofhealing time for the pressure ulcers among the 3 groups was statistically significant(P < 0.01). The inter-grouppairwise comparison showed that the healing time for pressure ulcers in the trial group and positive control groupwas shorter than that in the blank control group(P < 0.01),but the difference between the trial group and positivecontrol group was insignificant(P > 0.05). Conclusion External use of Chinese medicine Lefujia for rubbing togetherwith routine nursing is more effective than routine nursing alone for stage 1 pressure ulcers,and the curative effectis similar to that of Sanyrene.更多还原
