【摘要】 目的:观察牛蒡子汤熏蒸联合皮肤牵引治疗儿童髋关节滑膜炎(TSH)的临床疗效。方法:选取TSH患儿60例作为研究对象,依据不同治疗方法将其随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组30例。对照组给予单纯皮肤牵引治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用牛蒡子汤熏蒸治疗,治疗周期均为7～28 d。治疗后比较2组髋关节超声水平及Harris髋关节功能评分。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组治疗第1周、第2周、第4周后的超声结果正常患儿数均较多(P<0.05);Harris髋关节功能评分提高(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为96.67%,对照组总有效率为80.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牛蒡子汤熏蒸联合皮肤牵引治疗TSH能够有效缓解髋关节疼痛,促进髋关节滑膜肿胀消除及关节积液吸收,加速髋关节功能恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of fumigation with Niubangzi tang combined with skin traction for transient synovitis of the hip(TSH) in children. Methods: A total of 60 cases of TSH children were selected as the study subjects, and were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group according to different treatment methods,30 cases in each group. The control group was simply given skin traction,and the treatment group was additionally treated with fumigation with Niubangzi tang based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 7 to 28 days. After treatment,the levels of ultrasound in the hip and the Harris Hip Score in the two groups were compared. Results:After one,two and four weeks of treatment respectively,children with normal ultrasound in the treatment group were more than those in the control group(P<0.05);Harris Hip Score was increased(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group and 80.00% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Fumigation with Niubangzi tang combined with skin traction for TSH can effectively relieve pain in the hip,improve the elimination of synovial swelling in the hip and the absorption of joint effusion,and accelerate the recovery of hip joint function.更多还原
