电子艾灸联合康复训练治疗缺血性脑中风恢复期临床研究
Clinical Study on Electronic Moxibustion Combined with Rehabilitation Training for Ischemic Cerebral Apoplexy in Recovery Period
【摘要】 目的:观察电子艾灸联合康复训练治疗缺血性脑中风恢复期的临床疗效。方法:选取100例缺血性脑中风恢复期患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各50例。对照组给予常规康复训练治疗,治疗组给予电子艾灸联合康复训练治疗,2组均治疗1个月。观察2组临床疗效,对比2组治疗前后简化Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平。结果:治疗组总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的84.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组FMA、ADL、NIHSS评分均较治疗前改善(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组上述3项评分均改善更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清hs-CRP及血浆Hcy水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗组血清hs-CRP及血浆Hcy水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电子艾灸联合康复训练治疗缺血性脑中风恢复期,可提高临床疗效,改善患者的神经功能和运动功能,提高其生活质量,降低血清hs-CRP及血浆Hcy水平。
【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of electronic moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training for ischemic cerebral apoplexy in recovery period. Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with ischemic cerebral apoplexy in recovery period were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,and the treatment group was additionally given electronic moxibustion based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for one month. The clinical effect in the two groups was observed. Before and after treatment,the scores of simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA),Activity of Daily Living(ADL) and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),as well as the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in serum and homocysteine(Hcy) in plasma were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 94.00% in the treatment group,higher than that of 84.00% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of FMA, ADL and NIHSS in the two groups were improved when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the improvement of the three scores above in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP in serum and Hcy in plasma were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the two levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: As forischemic cerebral apoplexy in recovery period, the therapy of electronic moxibustion combined with rehabilitation training can improve clinical effect, neurological function, motor function and quality of life,and reduce the levels of hs-CRP in serum and Hcy in plasma.
