【摘要】 目的:观察脑心通胶囊联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床效果。方法:将急性脑梗死患者40例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组给予依达拉奉稀释液静脉滴注,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用脑心通胶囊治疗,7 d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察比较2组临床疗效及不良反应,治疗前后血清白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化。结果:总有效率观察组为70.00%,对照组为40.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清IL-8、hs-CRP水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组2项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应率观察组为60.00%,对照组为65.00%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:脑心通胶囊联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死患者具有良好临床疗效,可有效减轻患者临床症状,改善血清炎症因子水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Naoxintong capsules combined with edaravone for acute cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 40 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,20 cases in each group. The control group was given intravenous drip of diluent of edaravone,and the observation group was additionally treated with Naoxintong capsules based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for two courses,seven days being a course. The changes in levels of interleukin-8(IL-8) and highsensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in serum before and after treatment as well as the clinical effect and adverse reactions in the two groups were observed and compared. Results:The total effective rate was 70.00% in the observation group and40.00% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the levels of IL-8 and hs-CRP in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the two levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 60.00% in the observation group and 65.00% in the control group,there being no significance in the difference(P>0.05). Conclusion:The therapy of Naoxintong capsules combined with edaravone for acute cerebral infarction has good clinical effect, and can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and improve the levels of inflammatory factors in serum.更多还原
