【摘要】 目的:观察桃红四物汤加减熏蒸治疗肋骨骨折的临床效果。方法:将肋骨骨折患者100例随机分为治疗组和常规组,每组50例;常规组给予肋骨固定带外固定、止痛、化痰等保守治疗;治疗组在常规组的基础上加用桃红四物汤加减熏蒸治疗;疗程均为2周,治疗后评估2组临床疗效及患者住院满意度,并统计治疗前后疼痛数字分级法(NRS)评分。结果:总有效率治疗组为96.0%,常规组为84.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后3 d、1周、2周,2组疼痛NRS评分均较治疗1 d时明显下降(P<0.05);且治疗组各个时间点评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。住院满意率治疗组为98.0%,常规组为86.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药桃红四物汤加减熏蒸治疗肋骨骨折疗效显著,能明显减轻疼痛症状,提高患者住院满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of fumigation of modified Taohong Siwu tang for rib fracture.Methods:A total of 100 cases of patients with rib fracture were randomly divided into the treatment group and the routine group, 50 cases in each group. The routine group was given conservative treatments including the external fixation of rib fixation band,pain relieving and phlegm dispersing;the treatment group was additionally treated with fumigation of modified Taohong Siwu tang based on the treatment of the routine group. Both groups were treated for two weeks. After treatment,the clinical effect and inpatient satisfaction in the two groups were evaluated,and the scores of Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)before and after treatment were recorded. Results:The total effective rate was 96.0% in the treatment group and 84.0% in the routine group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After three days,one week and two weeks of treatment,NRS scores in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those after one day of treatment(P<0.05);the scores at each time point in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of hospitalization was 98.0% in the treatment group and 86.0% in the routine group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Fumigation of modified Taohong Siwu tang has significant curative effect in treating rib fracture,which can significantly relieve the symptoms of pain and improve the inpatient satisfaction.更多还原
