【摘要】 目的:观察针刺治疗重症手足口病合并撤机困难的临床疗效。方法:将68例重症手足口病合并撤机困难患儿分为针刺组及对照组,每组34例。对照组采用西医对症支持治疗,针刺组在对照组治疗方案的基础上,采用针刺疗法治疗,穴取百会、水沟、天突、膻中、气海、合谷、太冲、足三里、头针运动区及感觉区,每天针刺治疗1次,每周针刺6次,治疗1个月为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。比较观察2组患儿治疗后的机械通气时间、住院天数、有无咳嗽反射,评定2组临床疗效。结果:2组患儿机械通气时间及住院天数比较,针刺组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患儿有咳嗽反射率比较,针刺组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);临床有效率针刺组88.24%,对照组73.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺可提高重症手足口病合并撤机困难的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture for severe hand-foot-mouth disease complicated with difficulty in weaning from mechanical ventilation. Methods:Sixty-eight children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease complicated with difficulty in weaning from mechanical ventilation were divided into the acupuncture group and the control group, 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with symptomatic support of western medicine; the acupuncture group,based on the treatment of the control group,additionally received acupuncture at baihui(DU20),shuigou(DU26),tiantu(RN22),danzhong(RN17),qihai(RN6),hegu(LI4),taichong(LV3),zusanli(ST36),and points in the motor area and sensory area where scalp acupuncture was performed,once a day for six times a week. The treatment lasted for three courses,one month being a course. The mechanical ventilation time,the number of days in hospital,and the presence or absence of cough reflexes in the two groups were compared and observed before and after treatment,and the clinical effect was evaluated in the two groups. Results:The acupuncture group had less mechanical ventilation time and the number of days in hospital than the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). The acupuncture group had more cough reflexes than the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). The clinical effective rate was 88.24% in the acupuncture group and 73.53% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture can significantly improve the therapeutic effect in treating children with severe hand-foot-mouth disease complicated with difficulty in weaning from mechanical ventilation.更多还原
