【摘要】 香蕉条斑病毒(Banana streak virus, BSV)和香蕉花叶心腐病毒(Cucumber mosaic virus, CMV)是危害中国香蕉的2种重要病毒,BSV受低温胁迫影响后表现为典型症状。在低气温时期对海南澄迈、陵水的几个香蕉种植园调查发现,部分香蕉携带BSV疑似症状,PCR检测证实BSV在海南普遍发生;此外,在部分具BSV典型症状的感病植株上发现了CMV疑似症状,经过RT-PCR检测证实,部分样品存在BSV和CMV的混合感染。本研究为后续香蕉病毒病的防治以及健康组培苗的监测提供理论支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Banana streak virus(BSV) and cucumber mosaic virus(CMV) are the main viruses causing virus diseases of banana in China. Banana plants infected with BSV under low temperature will show typical BSV disease symptoms. A survey was made of several banana plantations in Chengmai and Lingshui Counties during the low temperature period in winter in Hainan province, and some banana plants showing typical BSV disease symptoms were collected for PCR detection and confirmed to be infected with BSV. Moreover, some banana plants infected with BSV were also found to have typical CMV symptoms, and they were also collected for molecular identification The RT-PCR detection showed that these banana plants were mixed infected with both BSV and CMV in the field. These findings might provide reference for prevention and control of banana virus diseases and for monitoring of healthy tissue culture banana plants.更多还原
