漆酶系统提取玉米秸秆中的纤维素
The laccase extracting cellulose systems from corn straw
【摘要】 利用漆酶系统成功地从玉米秸秆中提取到了纤维素,纤维素的收率为33.0%,证明了漆酶系统提取到玉米秸秆中约90%的纤维素。并且,漆酶系统所使用的溶剂可以循环利用,减少了废液的排放。使用红外光谱和X射线衍射谱对漆酶系统提取到的气味素进行了表征,其结果与标准纤维素的测定结果一致,证实了漆酶提取系统可以从玉米秸秆中提取到纤维素。
【Abstract】 Cellulose was successfully extracted from corn straw by the laccase system. The yield of cellulose was 33.0%, which proved that about 90% cellulose was extracted from corn straw by laccase system, and the solvent used in laccase system can be recycled to reduce the discharge of waste liquid. The extracted cellulose samples were characterized by using infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. The results were consistent with that of standard cellulose. We confirmed that cellulose could be extracted from corn straw by laccase system.
