【Abstract】 Ideological and political theory course is a key to implement the fundamental task of moral education and cultivate college students. It plays an irreplaceable role in the process of students’ growth and development. The ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities needs to adopt the methods that conform to the educational law and the characteristics of students. PAD Class(Presentation-Assimilation-Discussion) is a new localized teaching mode, which requires teachers to study, design and guide multi-party discussion, and to adapt to the time, people and teaching practice.
