【摘要】 改革开放以来,特别是新时代以来,随着国家行政力量和政策制度不断下沉到农村,在传统农业社会向工业社会甚至是后工业社会的叠加式急剧转型中,农民阶层分化发生了一些新变化,给农村社会的稳定和基层治理带来了不少风险和挑战。但是,只要我们具备更加前瞻性的问题意识和应对策略,危机也是转机。在打造农村共建共治共享社会治理格局时,要把增进农民民生福祉、培育良好社会心态、健全现代公民民主法治主体意识、矫正极端物化现象,提升道德水平作为自治法治德治的切入点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening up, especially in the new era, with the continuous sinking of the national administrative power and policy system into the countryside, in the rapid transition from the traditional agricultural society to the industrial society or even the post industrial society, some new changes have taken place in the farmers stratum differentiation, which has brought many risks and challenges to the stability of the rural society and the grass-roots governance. But as long as we have a more forward-looking problem awareness and response strategies, the crisis will turn around. In order to build a pattern of rural co governance and shared social governance, we should take the improvement of the well-being of farmers, the cultivation of a good social mentality, the improvement of modern citizens’ awareness of democracy and the rule of law, the correction of extreme materialization, and the improvement of moral level as the starting point of the rule of law.更多还原
