【摘要】 介绍住院医师规范化培训的现状,规培医生面临的压力以及传统教学方式存在的不足,分析规培医生对带教教师能力的需求,积极探索新的带教方式。充分发挥线上教学的优势,分享优秀网课,组织线上会议,加强科研培训,鼓励线上患教,同时意识到线上教学的问题,改进和完善新模式规培制度,提高临床规培医生带教质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Introduce the current status of standardized training for residents,the pressure faced by standardized training doctors and the shortcomings of traditional teaching methods,analyze the needs of standardized training doctors for the ability of teachers,and actively explore new teaching methods.Give full play to the advantages of online teaching,share excellent online courses,organize online meetings,strengthen scientific research training,encourage online patient education,and at the same time be aware of the problems of online teaching,improve and perfect the new model regulation training system,and improve the teaching quality for standardized training doctors in clinical practice.更多还原
