【摘要】 目的为培养食品卫生与营养学应用型人才,对食品卫生与营养学综合性实验进行多维度的整合探索。方法从学校、社区、医院等多维度出发,对食品卫生与营养学相关实验进行有机整合。结果在达到知识学习目标的基础上,兼顾实验的可应用性、科学性、趣味性,同时涵盖食品卫生与营养学专业要求掌握的基础医学、临床医学、预防医学、人文医学、社会医学等学科知识。结论通过对食品卫生与营养学综合性实验的多维度整合,可以把专业学科与其他学科知识纵向整合,把不同的工作场景融入进去,真正地与培养目标的达成形成高度契合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To multidimensional integrated explore comprehensive experiments of food hygiene and nutrition in order to cultivate applied talents of food hygiene and nutrition.Methods Organic integration of related experiments of nutrition was carried out from multiple dimensions such as schools,communities,and hospitals.Results On the basis of achieving the knowledge learning goals,the applicability,scientificalness,and fun of the experiment were taken into consideration,and the basic medicine,clinical medicine,preventive medicine,human medicine,social medicine,etc.required to be mastered in the field of food hygiene and nutrition were also covered knowledge.Conclusions Through the multidimensional integration of comprehensive experiments in food hygiene and nutrition,it is possible to integrate professional disciplines and other disciplines’ knowledge vertically,integrate different working scenarios,and truly form a high degree of agreement with the achievement of training goals.更多还原
