【摘要】 青年,作为未来社会的中坚力量和社区的责任主体,有效地参与到社区治理之中是新时代发展的必然要求。服务学习作为一种全人教育的教学模式,能够有效地促进青年对社区治理的参与。本文基于需求-互惠视角,通过案例分析和深度访谈,对复旦大学服务学习课程已有实践项目进行经验梳理、模式总结和路径归纳,提出"社区调研型""项目孵化型"和"直接服务型"三条青年社区参与的行动路径。研究发现,青年与社区伙伴能够通过服务学习形成良好的"需求满足-互惠发展"的关系。区别于传统的志愿服务实践,青年以服务学习的方式参与到社区治理之中,能够提升自身综合素质,同时助力基层社区治理创新,最终实现青年与社区"互惠"的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The youth play an important part in community development. How could they participate in the community and achieve mutual benefits? This paper proposes that Service-learning,as a holistic educational model,can effectively promote youth participation in the process of community governance.Based on the perspective of needs and reciprocity,this paper looks into 3 Service-learning courses of Fudan University and students experience by using case study methods and in-depth interviews. The authors proposed 3 pathways: 1) Participation through the Community Survey,2) Participation by means of the Project Design and 3) Direct Participation through services. Different from the traditional voluntary service,community participation via service-learning can promote students’ development in their overall quality and social responsibility,and can also benefit both communities and students.更多还原
