旋转机械蠕变引起的转子渐进式弯曲研究

【摘要】 针对某大型汽轮发电机组高中压转子上发生的启停机振动差异现象,从大外力作用下蠕变变形的角度进行分析,建立转子蠕变弯曲计算模型,分析外力与作用时间等因素对蠕变弯曲的影响。结果表明:大不平衡力作用下转子会发生因蠕变引起的弯曲变形,变形量随时间延长逐渐增大并最终趋于稳定;蠕变对振动的影响主要表现在临界转速区域,因启停机过程变形量差异而导致振动有较大差异。

【Abstract】 To solve the problem of vibration difference during start-up and stop process occurring in the HP-IP rotor of a supercritical steam turbine, a calculation model for creep bend of rotor was established from the perspective of creep deformation under the action of large external force, the influence of external force and acting time on creep bend was analyzed. Results show that shaft bend caused by the effect of creep can not be neglected under the action of large unbalanced force, the amount of deformation increases gradually over time and tends to be stable at last. The effect of creep on vibration is mainly reflected in the critical speed region, vibration varies greatly due to the difference of deformation during start-up and stop process.
