双幅共塔肢斜拉桥施工期空间效应及耦合效应研究

【摘要】 为了研究双幅共塔肢斜拉桥施工期的空间效应及耦合效应,以跨径布置为(3×40+300+3×40)m的双幅共塔肢斜拉桥——埃及罗德法拉格轴线桥为工程背景进行分析,选用梁板模型建立大桥有限元模型,结合现场实测值,研究施工过程中主梁变形、桥塔偏位和斜拉索索力。结果表明:施工中外侧主纵梁变形和斜拉索索力均大于内侧,空间效应显著;外侧主纵梁承受更多荷载,需设额外的安装标高抛高量;施工时双幅桥相互影响,受力、变形高度耦合,一幅桥施工对另一幅桥内侧构件的影响量明显大于外侧;共塔肢斜拉桥的双幅桥施工时,建议保持同步性和对称性,以确保共用的内塔肢受力平衡。

【Abstract】 To study the spatial effect and coupling effect of twin-deck cable-stayed bridge with in-between communal pylon legs during construction stages,the Rod el Farag Axis Bridge in Egypt with span arrangement of 3×40,300,3×40 mis cited as a case.The bridge beam-plate model was firstly established and the numerical results were compared with field measurement,to investigate the deck deformations,pylon deflections,and cable forces during construction stages.It can be concluded that the deck deformations and cable forces of outer sides are larger than those corresponding inner sides,indicating that the bridge spatial effect is significant.Extra pre-camber should be set for the outer main girder where larger portion of loads act on during erection.The twin structures are interacted with each other during construction,and the structural deformations and internal forces are highly coupled.The deck under construction exerts larger influence on the inner members of the other deck,compared with the outer members.It is suggested that the construction of the twin-deck cable-stayed bridge with in-between communal pylon legs be carried out in synchronous and symmetrical manner to assure the balance of shared pylon legs.
