【摘要】 目的:探讨经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术患者应用快速康复外科(ERAS)理念护理的效果。方法:将74例行经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术患者按护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组各37例,对照组给予围术期常规护理,观察组给予ERAS理念护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组护理后汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分低于护理前(P<0.05),观察组护理后HAMD、HAMA评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组护理后世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分高于护理前(P<0.05),观察组护理后WHOQOL-BREF评分高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ERAS理念护理可改善行经鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术患者的心理状态,提升术后生活质量,降低术后并发症发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in patients undergoing endonasal transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection.Methods:According to different nursing methods,74 patients undergoing endonasal transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection were divided into control group and observation group with 37 cases in each group.The control group received perioperative routine nursing,while the observation group received ERAS nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The post-nursing scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety scale(HAMA)in the two groups were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),and HAMD and HAMA scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Whoqol-bref score in the two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing(P<0.05),WHOQOL-breF score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:ERAS nursing can improve the psychological state of patients undergoing endonasal transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection,promote postoperative life quality and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.更多还原
