【摘要】 目的:探讨基于加速康复外科（ERAS）理念的肺康复干预对腹部手术患者的影响。方法:将90例腹部手术患者按照随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组各45例。对照组采用常规ERAS护理措施,干预组实施基于ERAS理念的肺康复干预。比较两组患者干预效果。结果:干预组术前1 d、术后3 d 6 min步行试验结果、握力、5次坐立时间与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;干预组术后3 d血氧饱和度（SpO₂）高于对照组（P<0.01）;干预组术后肺部感染发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论:基于ERAS理念的肺康复干预可改善腹部手术患者的肺功能和活动耐力,降低患者肺部并发症发生率,对腹部手术患者快速康复具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the influence of pulmonary rehabilitation intervention based on the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery（ERAS）on patients undergoing abdominal surgery.Methods:According to the random number table,90 patients with abdominal surgery were divided into intervention group and control group with 45 cases each.The control group adopted conventional ERAS nursing measures,while the intervention group implemented pulmonary rehabilitation intervention based on ERAS concept.The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups.Results:There were statistically significant differences between the intervention group and the control group in walking test results,grip strength and sitting-standing time for 5 times 1 day before and 3 days after operation（P<0.05）.Oxygen saturation（SpO₂）of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group 3 days after operation（P<0.01）.The incidence of postoperative pulmonary infection in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Pulmonary rehabilitation intervention based on ERAS concept can improve the pulmonary function and exercise endurance of patients undergoing abdominal surgery,and reduce the incidence of pulmonary complications.It is of great significance for the rapid recovery of patients undergoing abdominal surgery.更多还原
