【摘要】 目的:探讨自助式正念训练对胃癌患者焦虑情绪及应对方式的影响。方法:将100例胃癌手术治疗患者随机分为干预组和对照组各50例,对照组采用围术期常规治疗和护理,干预组在此基础上实施自助式正念训练。比较两组焦虑情绪[采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)]及应对方式[采用医学应对问卷(MCMQ)]情况。结果:干预组患者SAS评分明显下降,在8周自助式正念训练干预结束后(T2期)、干预结束后4周(T3期)两组患者的SAS评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预组患者的面对得分升高,回避和屈服得分下降,在T2、T3期两组患者的医学应对得分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自助式正念训练能够显著减轻胃癌患者的焦虑情绪,优化其应对方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of self-help mindfulness training on anxiety and coping style of gastric cancer patients.Methods:A total of 100 patients with gastric cancer treated by surgery were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine perioperative treatment and nursing,and the intervention group implemented self-help mindfulness training on the basis of this.The two groups were compared in anxiety[using SAS] and coping style[using medical Coping Questionnaire(MCMQ)].Results:SAS scores of patients in the intervention group significantly decreased,and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups at the end of the 8 weeks of self-help mindfulness training intervention(Stage T2)and 4 weeks after the end of the intervention(Stage T3)(P<0.05).In the intervention group,the face score increased,while the avoidance and yield scores decreased,and there were statistically significant differences in the medical response scores between the T2 and T3 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-help mindfulness training can significantly reduce the anxiety of gastric cancer patients,and optimize their coping style.更多还原
