【摘要】 目的:探讨基于云平台随访管理系统的达标理论在肾上腺醛固酮瘤患者随访中的应用效果。方法:采用方便抽样,选取2018年7月1日～2019年6月30日就诊于某三级甲等综合教学医院行手术治疗的肾上腺醛固酮瘤患者176例作为研究对象,进行两阶段的分期对照研究。将2018年7月1日～12月31日就诊的83例患者分为对照组,实施常规延续护理;将2019年1月1日～6月30日就诊的93例患者分为观察组,采用基于云平台的达标理论进行延续护理。比较两组出院1、3、6个月的血压水平、服药依从性和生活质量。结果:观察组出院1、3、6个月血压水平均优于对照组(P<0.05),出院3、6个月的服药依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05),出院6个月的生活质量得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于云平台的达标理论应用于肾上腺醛固酮瘤患者的随访中,可以改善患者术后血压水平、提高服药依从性和生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the application effect of the goal attainment theory based on cloud platform follow-up management system in the follow-up of patients with adrenal aldosterone tumor.Methods:A total of 176 patients with adrenal aldosterone tumor who received surgical treatment in a grade 3 class A general teaching hospital from July 1,2018 to June 30,2019 were selected by convenient sampling for a two-stage control study.Among them,83 patients who visited the hospital from July 1 to December 31,2018 were grouped into the control group for routine transitional care.The other 93 patients who visited the hospital from January 1,2019 to June 30,2019 were grouped into observation group,and the goal attainment theory based on cloud platform follow-up management system was adopted on transitional care.Blood pressure,medication compliance,and quality of life at 1,3,and 6 months after discharge were compared between the two groups.Results:The blood pressure level of the observation group at 1,3 and 6 months after discharge was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the medication compliance at 3 and 6 months after discharge was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the quality of life score at 6 months after discharge was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of goal attainment theory based on cloud platform follow-up management system in the adrenal aldosterone tumor patients can improve postoperative blood pressure,medication compliance and quality of life.更多还原
