【摘要】 目的:探讨青年宫颈癌根治术患者围术期心理真实体验。方法:采用质性研究方法对13例青年宫颈癌根治术患者围术期进行个体化深度访谈,运用Colaizzi现象学7步分析法分析资料。结果:青年宫颈癌根治术患者围术期心理体验可归纳为5个主题:诊疗过程的恐惧、器官残缺负性心理体验、家庭角色和社会功能减弱、疾病相关知识强烈的需求、疾病获益。结论:青年宫颈癌根治术患者围术期的负性心理明显,医护人员应关注患者心理感受,及时发现其存在的心理问题并给予沟通,主动为患者提供健康知识指导,提升心理健康水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the real perioperative psychological experience of young patients undergoing radical resection of cervical cancer.Methods:Thirteen young patients undergoing radical resection of cervical cancer were interviewed in depth by qualitative research method.Colaizzi phenomenology 7-step analysis was used to analyze the data.Results:The perioperative psychological experience of young patients undergoing radical resection of cervical cancer could be divided into five themes:fear in the diagnosis and treatment process,negative psychological experience of organ disability,weakened family role and social function,strong demand for knowledge related to the disease,and benefit from the disease.Conclusion:The negative psychology in perioperative period of young patients undergoing radical resection of cervical cancer is obvious.Medical staff should pay attention to the psychological feelings of patients,timely find out their psychological problems and communicate with them,and actively provide health knowledge guidance for patients to improve their mental health.更多还原
