【摘要】 目的:调查护士对"互联网+护理服务"态度、核心能力自评现状分析其影响因素。方法:2019年6月1日～7月1日,采用自行设计的一般资料调查问卷、护士对"互联网+护理服务"态度及核心能力自评调查问卷,对广州市5所"互联网+护理服务"试点三甲医院的1139名护士进行调查。结果:76.7%的护士对参与"互联网+护理服务"的意愿持积极态度;不同年龄、职称的护士对"互联网+护理服务"参与意愿比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);护士对"互联网+护理服务"核心能力的自评得分为(114.70±13.80)分,处于中等水平;不同婚姻状况、职称的护士核心能力自评比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:"互联网+护理服务"平台对护士具有较强的吸引力,但护士普遍对护患安全风险及医疗垃圾处理方面存在担忧;护士在核心能力方面亟待提高;因此,建立精细化的"互联网+护理服务"行业标准及培训机制势在必行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate nurses′ attitude towards "Internet+nursing service",the status of self-assessment of core competence and its influencing factors.Methods:From June 1 to July 1,2019,1,139 nurses in 5 Grade 3 Class A hospitals in Guangzhou were surveyed using a self-designed questionnaire on general information and nurses′ attitude toward "Internet+nursing service" and self-assessment of core competence questionnaire.Results:Among them,76.7% of nurses were positive about their willingness to participate in "Internet+nursing service".There were statistically significant differences in the willingness of nurses of different ages and professional titles to participate in "Internet+nursing service"(P<0.01,P<0.05).The self-assessment score of nurses on the core competence of "Internet+nursing service" was(114.70±13.80),which was in the middle level.There were statistically significant differences between nurses with different marital status and professional titles in self-assessment of core competence(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:The "Internet+nursing service" platform is attractive to nurses,but nurses are generally concerned about the safety risk and medical waste disposal.Nurses need to improve their core competencies.Therefore,it is imperative to establish a refined "Internet+nursing service" industry standard and training mechanism.更多还原
