【摘要】 目的:探讨系统性功能锻炼在卵巢癌术后患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将100例卵巢癌患者按护理方法不同分为实验组和对照组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在此基础上给予系统性功能锻炼,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间、术后下床活动时间、住院时间以及术后48 h腹胀发生情况、术后并发症发生率、术后舒适度评分、护理满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组术后第1、2、3天口腔黏膜湿润度评分及口腔干燥发生率比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05);实验组术后状态焦虑调查表(SAI)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:系统性功能锻炼可减轻卵巢癌术后患者的腹胀情况,提高患者术后舒适度,减少并发症,缓解不良情绪,提升护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application method and effect of systemic function exercise in postoperative patients with ovarian cancer. Methods: According to different nursing methods,100 cases of ovarian cancer patients were divided into experimental group and control group with 50 cases each. The control group was given routine care,and the experimental group was given systemic function exercise on this basis. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results: There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the time of bowel sounds recovery,the time of first exhaust,the time of first defecation,the time of postoperative getting out of bed,the time of hospitalization,the incidence of postoperative abdominal distension,the incidence of postoperative complications,the score of postoperative comfort,and the nursing satisfaction 48 hours after the operation( P < 0. 05). There were statistically significant differences in the scores of oral mucosal moisture and the incidence of oral dryness on the first,second and third days after surgery between the two groups( P < 0. 05). The scores of postoperative State Anxiety Inventory( SAI) and self-rating depression scale( SDS) in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Systemic function exercise can reduce the abdominal distension of patients after ovarian cancer surgery,promote the postoperative comfort,reduce complications,relieve adverse emotions,and increase nursing satisfaction.更多还原
